Hydromo is seeking a seasoned Lift Solutions Manager to act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all lift-related business. This hybrid role combines technical subject-matter expertise in elevators and escalators with sales, client coordination, and OEM liaison. The role is critical in driving sales leads, advising clients, coordinating with lift brands, and ensuring end-to-end delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all lift and escalator engagements at Hydromo.
- Generate and manage sales leads for lift consulting, branded lift supply, and modernization projects.
- Engage with developers, architects, PMCs, RWAs, hospitals, and commercial property owners.
- Understand client requirements, usage patterns, budgets, and building constraints.
- Provide technical advisory as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on lift selection, specifications, and configurations.
- Collaborate and liaise with leading lift OEMs and brands to recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals aligned with client needs and regulatory norms.
- Coordinate between clients, OEMs, installation teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Support negotiations, finalization of scope, and contract closure.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover in coordination with project teams.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Standards (IS codes), local lift acts, and safety norms.
- Support modernization, AMC reviews, and lifecycle cost optimization discussions.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in lifts/elevators industry (OEM, consulting, or installation background).
- Strong technical knowledge of elevators, escalators, hydraulic and traction systems.
- Hands-on experience with sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.
- Experience working with lift brands and vendor coordination is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites.

Hydromo is seeking a skilled Solar Engineer to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solar energy systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role demands technical expertise in photovoltaic (PV) systems, a strong understanding of energy efficiency, and a commitment to sustainability.
Note: Experience in executing or designing solar projects of at least 1 MW -5 MW capacity is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Design and plan solar PV systems based on site surveys and client requirements.
- Develop detailed system layouts, wiring diagrams, and design documentation.
Project Management
- Oversee solar installation projects from start to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- The candidate needs to travel based on site requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and site teams.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
System Analysis & Optimization
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and shading analyses.
- Analyze and optimize system performance, troubleshooting as required.
- Plan and implement regular system monitoring and maintenance.
Compliance & Documentation
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation for permits and inspections.
- Stay up to date with renewable energy policies, subsidies, and industry trends.
- Capable of preparing quotes and coordinating with vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in solar or renewable energy projects.
- Proven experience in solar projects of 1 MW capacity or higher (mandatory).
- Strong technical understanding of PV systems, grid-tied and off-grid systems, batteries, and inverters
