Hydromo is seeking a skilled Solar Engineer to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solar energy systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role demands technical expertise in photovoltaic (PV) systems, a strong understanding of energy efficiency, and a commitment to sustainability.

Note: Experience in executing or designing solar projects of at least 1 MW -5 MW capacity is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

  • Design and plan solar PV systems based on site surveys and client requirements.
  • Develop detailed system layouts, wiring diagrams, and design documentation.

Project Management

  • Oversee solar installation projects from start to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
  • The candidate needs to travel based on site requirements
  • Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and site teams.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.

System Analysis & Optimization

  • Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and shading analyses.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation for permits and inspections.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 25 years of hands-on experience in solar or renewable energy projects.
  • Proven experience in solar projects of 1 MW capacity or higher (mandatory).
  • Strong technical understanding of PV systems, grid-tied and off-grid systems, batteries, and inverters

About the Role

Hydromo is seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Project Operations Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of water, wastewater, renewable energy, and environmental projects. The role serves as the central coordination point between clients, vendors, consultants, site teams, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities – Project Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end project execution from initiation through commissioning and handover.
    • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
    • Ensure smooth execution of STP, WTP, RO, ETP, solar, and environmental infrastructure projects.
    • Maintain project plans, documentation, compliance records, MOMs, and execution trackers.
    • Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between clients, vendors, consultants, management, and internal teams.
    • Lead project review meetings and ensure timely communication of updates, issues, and action plans.
    • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
    • Escalate critical risks and execution challenges to management when required.

Project Reporting & MIS Management

  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
    • Monitor project KPIs, budgets, procurement status, execution progress, and resource utilization.
    • Present periodic project updates through Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
    • Maintain organized project data repositories and documentation systems.

Operational & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate procurement schedules, vendor submissions, approvals, deliveries, and execution workflows.
    • Support planning and scheduling of site visits, installations, testing, commissioning, and project closure activities.
    • Facilitate collaboration between sales, engineering, execution, procurement, finance, and service teams.
    • Ensure timely closure of project-related action items and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:
• 3–7 years of experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater Management, EPC, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Industrial Projects, or Engineering Services.
• Experience managing or coordinating STP, WTP, RO, ETP, solar, infrastructure, or environmental projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.

Preferred:
• Experience with project dashboards, MIS reporting, ERP, CRM, or project management software.
• Understanding of procurement, vendor management, and project execution workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RO Plants, Desalination Systems, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Pneumatic Systems, Pumps, Instrumentation, and Process Piping. The role requires site execution capabilities, technical problem-solving skills, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

  • Lead installation and commissioning of:
    • Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants
    • Desalination Systems
    • Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
    • Softener Systems
    • UF, DM, and Filtration Systems
    • Pneumatic and dosing systems
  • Ensure mechanical, electrical, and piping installations are completed as per approved drawings and standards.

Site Execution

  • Supervise installation teams, contractors, plumbers, and electricians.
  • Coordinate site activities to ensure timely project completion.
