About the Role
Hydromo is looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager with prior experience in the water treatment and wastewater management industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder communication, vendor management, reporting, and execution tracking across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling cross-functional coordination between clients, vendors, internal teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management
- Oversee and coordinate complete project lifecycles from initiation to commissioning.
- Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and project dependencies.
- Ensure smooth execution of water treatment, wastewater, STP/WTP/RO, renewable, or environmental projects.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, MOMs, trackers, and compliance records.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, management, and internal teams through emails, calls, meetings, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate project updates and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
- Support management with project status reporting and escalation handling.
Data Management & Dashboard Reporting
- Organize project data, documentation, and communication records systematically.
- Prepare dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for management review.
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, procurement status, and execution progress.
- Present project updates using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or dashboard tools.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate procurement schedules, vendor submissions, approvals, and execution workflows.
- Assist in scheduling site visits, installation activities, commissioning, and project closures.
- Ensure internal coordination between sales, engineering, execution, and service teams.
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Water Treatment / Wastewater Management / Environmental Solutions company.
- Experience handling STP, WTP, RO, ETP, renewable, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and project trackers.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with dashboards, MIS reporting, or project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good documentation and email communication skills.
- Understanding of vendor coordination and project execution processes.

Job Description:-(Urgent Requirement)
- Responsible for assessing the technology and client requirements based on on-site visits, Water output quality & Reuse, and compliance norms.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of techno-commercial
- Proposals for various Turnkey projects (STP, ETP WTP, UF, RO, Desalination, Double RO, FO DAF, etc).
- Design in detail Sewage & Effluent treatment plants with MBBR, MBR, SBR, and ETP for Anaerobic Aerobic Process, Activated Sludge Process, UASBR, DAF, etc.
- Design of wastewater treatment plants along with BOQ & BOM
- Designs layout and specifications for various pumping and lifting systems.
- Installation and Commissioning of various Turnkey projects in water and wastewater treatment.
- Other Responsibilities include cost estimation, vendor analysis and selection, feasibility, study, and Cost-benefit analysis.
- Selection of rotating equipment s like pumps, Blowers, Agitators, Compressors, etc
- Check the G.A. Drawings of all equipment s given by the vendor.
- Techno- Commercial discussion with client & client nominated consultants.
- Provide technical support at installations.
- Handover of the plant as against the agreed SLA and parameters.
- Coordination with Client divisions or internal technicians to ensure the design & Implementation is seamless.
Pre-Requisites:-
- Experience: 2-4 years, minimum, in the field of water & wastewater treatment in the Proposal Division
- Well Versed with Microsoft Office, Making Presentations, Use of MS Word & Excel, etc.
- Adept in CAD
- Thorough understanding of applicable government environmental and safety regulations.
- Should be able to travel for site visits locally and also in AP, Telangana as required.

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior RO / Installation Engineer to lead the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water treatment systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, residential, and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RO Plants, Desalination Systems, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Pneumatic Systems, Pumps, Instrumentation, and Process Piping. The role requires site execution capabilities, technical problem-solving skills, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
- Lead installation and commissioning of:
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants
- Desalination Systems
- Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
- Softener Systems
- UF, DM, and Filtration Systems
- Pneumatic and dosing systems
- Ensure mechanical, electrical, and piping installations are completed as per approved drawings and standards.
- Conduct equipment testing, trial runs, and performance validation.
Site Execution
- Supervise installation teams, contractors, plumbers, and electricians.
- Coordinate site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress and maintain installation quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and site protocols.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues related to:
- RO membranes
- High-pressure pumps
- Control panels
- Pneumatic systems
- Instrumentation and automation components
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Analyze water quality parameters and optimize plant performance.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare commissioning reports and service reports.
- Maintain installation checklists and project documentation.
- Support preparation of BOQs, equipment lists, and technical specifications.
Client Coordination
- Interact with clients during installation and commissioning phases.
- Conduct operator training and handover sessions.
- Provide technical support and guidance post-installation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in water treatment projects.
- Experience handling installations independently at customer sites.
