With 1,700 students on campus, Future Kids School, Nanakramguda, had a growing need for efficient and sustainable water management. Their existing 100 KLD MBBR wastewater treatment plant was functional but not flawless. Frequent water quality issues, unpleasant odours, and limited scope for water recycling created challenges that affected daily operations and future sustainability goals.
Recognising the need for a better solution, Future Kids partnered with Hydromo to reimagine their water infrastructure.
We incorporated an advanced 100 KLD MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) plant into their existing systems. This upgrade completely resolved any odour concerns and further improved the water quality. Now, the reclaimed water is safely used for irrigation and toilet flushing, which significantly improves the water conservation efforts on the campus.
A 20 KL RO system was also added to guarantee safe drinking water access for students and staff. This upgrade improves health within the school community by providing high-quality drinking water free from contaminants.
We also incorporated 35 KL water softeners for the cafeteria. With the addition of softened and sterilised water used in cooking, the school has improved standards for food hygiene and food safety.
Hydromo has advanced the Future Kids School towards a modern model of water management technology that is safer, smarter, and greener, tailored to the needs of future leaders.
