Solar Power Installation:
The Nexgen Villa Project incorporated solar power solutions to meet a substantial portion of its energy needs. The Clubhouse, a central hub of community activities, was equipped with a 100 kW solar power system, ensuring a green and sustainable energy source for various facilities.
Additionally, 18 villas within the gated community were fitted with individual solar power units, each boasting a capacity of 15 kW. This not only reduced the overall dependency on conventional energy sources but also contributed to a significant reduction in the community’s carbon footprint.
Furthermore, the inclusion of 60 solar street lights enhanced the safety and aesthetics of the community, creating a well-lit environment powered by clean and renewable energy.
Water Management:
The Nexgen Villa Project prioritized water sustainability through advanced water management solutions:
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP):
A state-of-the-art Sewage Treatment Plant with a capacity of 60 KLD was installed. Powered by Membrane BioReactor (MBR) technology, the STP ensures the efficient treatment of wastewater, meeting stringent environmental standards and allowing for the safe reuse of treated water within the community.
Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System:
A robust Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System, with a capacity of 10 KL, was implemented to provide residents with access to clean and purified water. This system ensures that the community’s water supply meets the highest quality standards, promoting health and well-being.
Outcome and Impact:
The successful execution of the Nexgen Villa Project by Hydromo has resulted in a sustainable and eco-friendly residential community. The integration of solar power systems has significantly reduced the community’s dependence on conventional energy sources, contributing to long-term environmental conservation.
Moreover, the efficient sewage treatment and water filtration systems have created a closed-loop water management system, promoting responsible water usage and minimizing environmental impact.
The Nexgen Villa Project stands as a testament to Hydromo’s dedication to innovative and sustainable solutions, setting a precedent for future residential developments that prioritize environmental responsibility and community well-being.
